Continuous Organization and Intellectual Property

Obviously, it is very important that Continuous Organizations be able to hold Intellectual Property (brand, music, designs, domain names, patents…). It seems to me that, as long as a CO can be recognized as an entity in itself, one could establish an IP contract with a CO (and have it signed and stored on the blockchain) and this should be legally enforceable.

It is definitely not the area I master the most so to be continued… If anyone has relevant insights or comments on this particular aspect, I’d gladly hear them
